Stir Fry Sauce :
you made this easily in home Stir Fry Sauce on hand and you also made it in a restaurant quality Asian stir fry dinner at home. this recipe taste is ever better as you made it. Then we want a spicy sauce, put 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper or 1 tsp pepper flakes in the mixture.
Ingredients:
– 1/4 cup light soy sauce
– 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
– 2 teaspoons brown sugar
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
– 1/4 cup water
– 1 tsp sesame oil
Directions:
add small bowl whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce and rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and rest of the ingredients.
add sauce to a simmer and cooked for about 2-3 mins or until this thickens at your desired consistency.
Removed from heat and ready to mix it with your tasty stir fry veg, and noodles, meat or seafood. even/or let it cool and store in refrigerator for one/1 week.
Note: use 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup per pan of stirfry (3-4 servings)
