SLOW COOKER CHICKEN STEW


Ingredients:

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
4 carrots, thinly sliced
3 potatoes, cubed
1 chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup frozen peas
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
Salt & pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
1. Place chicken thighs at the base of the slow cooker.
2.add the Layer of a carrots and then add potatoes, add onion and garlic at top.
3. add on a bowl, mix broth tomato paste Worcestershire sauce thyme rosemary salt & pepper. Pour over veggies & chicken.
4. Cover & cook: Low 6–8 hrs. or High 3–4 hrs. until chicken is tender.
5.then I prepared 30 minutes before serving, stir in peas and let them warm through.
6. Shred chicken with forks, return to stew, adjust seasoning.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Prep Time: 15 min | Cook Time: 6–8 hrs (low) or 3–4 hrs (high)
