Ana Orsini, Arizona news anchor, dies tragically at 28, colleagues announce during broadcast

Tyler Butler, one of her co-anchors, said, “Our beloved friend and co-anchor Ana Orsini passed away last week.”

Ana’s journalism started her career in 2018 in Lubbock, Texas. She worked as a reporter and anchor at that channel.

Ana’s passing caused because of a brain aneurysm, in step with the station.

She was passionate about rescuing animals and often highlighted adoption opportunities during KOLD-TV’s “Fur Baby Friday” segment.

The KOLD-TV team and the Tucson community are grieving this immense loss while honoring Ana’s legacy.
