Ingredients:
Leg of lamb

Vegemite

Garlic

Mixed herbs

Pepper

Lamb herbs

Roast lamb seasoning

Rosemary leaves

Let’s see how to cook this yummy Recipe

Method:
Cut slits in a lamb then add the garlic slices inside it.

Coat lamb with vegemite.

Sprinkle on all the seasonings.

Bake on slow for 6-8 hours.

If wanting outside of lamb to crisp up, place in oven at the end for 30mins.
