Ana Orsini, the news anchor in Tuscon at KOLD-TV, has tragically passed away at her young age at 28.Her colleagues shared the news during a broadcast on Monday. Tyler Butler, one of her co-anchors, said, “Our beloved friend and co-anchor Ana Orsini passed away last week.” Morning anchor Carsyn Currier became emotional as she added, “We are devastated by this loss.”

Carsyn Currier pondered on Ana’s effect, writing on Facebook, “To know Ana was to love her. She had a gift for making everyone feel special, heard, and understood.”

Ana’s journalism started her career in 2018 in Lubbock, Texas. She worked as a reporter and anchor at that channel. She worked three years in morning and afternoon shift in Medford, Oregon, she joined KOLD-TV in Tucson in June 2023. Despite her short time in the area, Ana made a lasting impact by his professionalism and vibrant personality.

Passionate About Animal Rescue
Ana’s love for animals was well-known to her friends and viewers. She was passionate about rescuing animals and often highlighted adoption opportunities during KOLD-TV’s “Fur Baby Friday” segment.
