Ingredients:
1 beef brisket seared in olive oil, garlic and rosemary.
Pour about a pint of boiling hot beef gravy into the slow cooker. I Add our stock vegetable at this moment then I used celery shallots / parsnip , carrot.
Rest the beef on top of the veg/stock. I placed some baby potatoes around the beef and finished them off in the oven and they were delicious
Low for 9 hours.
Yorkshire puddings:
I Used the same amount of eggs and flour, milk.
I Mixed this together and then keep in a cold fridge for at least an hrs.

Method:
Once your beef has been in for 9 hours put your oven on 220 degrees and put the potatoes in. At the same time put some oil into your Yorkshire pudding tins/dishes and put them in the oven too. when I am waiting for the tins to get to the cooking heat sieve the stock in a pan, discard your vegetable and bring to the boil and then simmer (add some corn flour to thicken if required.) Shred the beef and put back into the slow cooker and put 2 or 3 tablespoons of gravy back into the s.c and mix into the meat.
Remove your pudding mix from the fridge and as soon as your oil is smoking pour into your dishes and then into the oven for about 22 minutes. I Make sure I don’t open our oven until they are almost ready.
when I cooked this recipe then I take it from the oven and then I add some meat all with the pudding, pour a little gravy along it and roll it in wrap. Either cut in half and serve or just go for it like me (see picture.) Serve with a little dish of gravy for dipping!
I have made these a few times and in the past I always put veg and roasties in the wrap. This is the first time I made them with pure meat and they were the best to date!
