Slow Cooker Cabbage, Potatoes, and Smoked Sausage;


Ingredients:
½ head cabbage, cut into chunks.
5-6 potatoes cut into chunks.
1 lb. smoked sausage cut in a pieces such as a Hillshire Farm
Salt pepper, for taste
Water, enough to fill the cooker halfway
Directions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
the cabbage cut in a large chunks or peel and chop the potatoes in a similar size pieces.
Slice the smoked sausage into bite-sized rounds.
Assemble in the Slow Cooker:
put the cabbage potatoes, and smoked sausage in a cooker.
Season generously with salt and pepper.
Pour in more water to fill the slow cooker until halfway for helping the vegetables cook evenly and stay tender.
Cook:
Cook and cover on high for about 4 hours or on low for about 6 hours, until the potatoes are fork-tender and everything is better cooked.
Serve:
Stir gently for taste and adjust seasoning until you needed, and serve hot for a cozy, comforting meal.
