Slow cooker Carbonara:
Carbonara tonight, I made this recipe You will must enjoy this yummy recipe.
Ingredients:
Pack of bacon, cut into small chunks
2 red onions, diced
Handful of mushrooms, cut into pieces
Teaspoon of lazy garlic. Shake of black pepper
Let’s see how to cook Slow Cooker Carbonara
Method:
In SC on high for 2 hours (lid on)
Carton of Elmlea cream (i used double as thats what I brought but original post said single)
Filled empty carton twice with semi skimmed milk and added with good portion of pasta tubes (plenty for 2 adults)
Left on high for another hour and lid removed towards the end to thicken 😋
