Slow Cooker Jambalaya
Ingredients:
1 lb. chicken breast, cut into chunks
1 lb. andouille sausage, sliced
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 can (14.5 Oz) diced tomatoes
1 large onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups cooked rice
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
we put the chicken with sausage and tomatoes mix onion, green bell pepper and celery, garlic in slow cooker.
after this Pour on chicken broth and stir with Cajun seasoning, thyme, oregano and cayenne pepper, paprika.
Cook and cover on low for 7/8 hrs. or on high for 3/4hour
we cooked 30 minutes, and add the shrimp in the slow cooker.
Seasoned with salt and for taste we used pepper.
Served the jambalaya over cooked rice and garnish with fresh parsley.
